Bob White’s Kenpo Karate Studio Blog

Due to recent inquires regarding classes for 3 and 4 year old children, we have decided to begin Kenpo Tots classes every Monday and Wednesday from 3:30 to 4:00 pm.  These classes will include basic stances, simple rolls, punches, kicks, reaction drills with tennis balls and very basic Kenpo techniques.
